Matrox P650 TV Output?

Hello, I cant seem to get a PAL TV out from my Matrox Millenium P650. I have the composit / YC lead and Power Desk SE software, Any clues?

In powerdesk, - monitor adjustments / tv output standard / PAL / ok.
The correct cable is the CAB-HD15-TVF
Outside of that I would try the Matrox support page.
