Mobo, Ram, HSU compatiblity

I am almost positive that they will work together but was looking for some extra feedback
Mobo- ASUS P6X58D-E
Ram- G. Skill Pi series (3x2gb) x2 so 12gb using all of my ram slots
HSU- CM Hyper 212+ with 2 fans for a push pull

I know I don't need the 12gb of ram for gaming but I will be doing cad, video editing ect... so it will be used.
I am just concerned about it all fitting together?
