Is nvidia 9400gt suitable pentium 4 3 06ghz?

Hello,
hey i have compaq sr1732il with pci xpress 16x graphic card slot..n my temperature goes 56 -57 degree celsius when on gaming.i have upgraded 2 gb ram also n my hard disk is 410 gb..so my comp temperaure goes to 56 -57 is it normal...or i should upgrade more things if yes wht???

It will do ok but both are slow, I nuked a old P4 that I bought for $5 to 3.5ghz and it couldn't keep up with a stock clocked PD 805.

Any upgrade is just wasting money, you will better with a new computer.
