Screen goes blank

Im not sure if this belongs here, so sorry if im in the wrong place...

So I have over clocked my CPU and GPU, and ran prime95 for 2 hrs and everything seems to be stable, but sometimes my screen will jus go blank but my pc does not shut off or crash. it usually only crashes when i come back to my computer after not being on it for a lil while... any help would be much appreciated...

remove the overclocks and see if the problem persists would be the first step.
