So I decide on a Core i5 2500K processor with a ASRock P67 EXTREME4 (B3) mobo. Been looking at newegg.com for RAM and their is quite a bit to choose from. Looking for 4GB to start. I assume the best setup is 2x2GB, correct? This is to take advantage of dual channel, correct?

Any recommendations on some good RAM? I see GSkill gets great ratings. Might pull the trigger on that RAM.

Would be nice if the RAM was overclockable (not sure if I would do that, or if it would even benefit me). A decent warranty is always nice as well.

Thanks guys for the tips!

1600 CL9 1.5v in dual-channel is the sweet spot for Sandy Bridge. G.Skill's Ripjaws or Ripjaws X are good choices, as are Corsair Vengeance.

Every RAM manufacturer that I've seen on NewEgg has a lifetime warranty.
