Pair 4GB with ASRock P67 EXTREME4 (B3)

So I decide on a Core i5 2500K processor with a ASRock P67 EXTREME4 (B3) mobo. Been looking at newegg.com for RAM and their is quite a bit to choose from. Looking for 4GB to start. I assume the best setup is 2x2GB, correct? This is to take advantage of dual channel, correct?

Any recommendations on some good RAM? I see GSkill gets great ratings. Might pull the trigger on that RAM.

Would be nice if the RAM was overclockable (not sure if I would do that, or if it would even benefit me). A decent warranty is always nice as well.

Thanks guys for the tips!

4Gb ( 2 x 2 Gb ) of RAM is fine for most uses. I recommend GSkill or Corsair for brands and Sandy Bridge likes DDR3 1600 cas 8 or 9 best.

Ram overclocking is not worth doing on the Sandy Bridge platform as it is in no way ties to the CPU overclock. The RAM runs independent. If you want faster RAM just buy it .

1600 CL9 1.5v in dual-channel is the sweet spot for Sandy Bridge. G.Skill's Ripjaws or Ripjaws X are good choices, as are Corsair Vengeance.

Every RAM manufacturer that I've seen on NewEgg has a lifetime warranty.
