  1. ^ NO to that PSU...It is not 80+, no active PFC

And with that budget, IMO you can do better...

    X4 955 + Gigabyte 870A

RAM - Even these are good options...

CPU Cooler - The TX3 is decent, but check this one...nearly the same price, but has very good reviews...
EVERCOOL HPFA-10025 100mm Ever Lubricate CPU Cooler

PSU - Definitely a better one...

Video card - HD 5770 is a very good choice for your screen's resolution...but get the card from a better manufacturer as Powercolor cards tend to be flaky...

Sorry, I have a question, is that cooler compatible with AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE because it doesn't say.

Also, if I decide to not OC should I just use the stock cooler instead?
  5. ^ Yes it is compatible...
    http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Evercool-Buffalo-CPU-Cooler-Review/839/1

If you wont overclock, then the stock would suffice...but with an aftermarket one, the CPU would run cooler...but its upto you though...
  6. Thanks, I changed everything to what you recommended me. I picked these from your recommendations.
