Only real difference I see is that, Gigabyte supports more types of RAM, most of them you probably wouldnt use anyway, but in turn the Gigabyte one only has two memory slots and supports a total of 8 GB RAM where the Asus supports twice the amount of memory but is more expensive. other than that theyre basically the same, minor differences you probably wont notice.
it all comes down to what kind of RAM you want to use and how much RAM

i would say get the Gigabyte GA-H55MS-2H

they have the same chipset H55

Gigabye has more USB Ports on the back 8 vs 6

Gigabye has 2 PCI-E 2.0 16x and 4x, which is very handy

Gigabyte has more features than the Asus

but if looks is more important to you, get the Asus
