Nvidia 9400 gt

Hi i am new to this forum and i have heard people can help you out here so i have a question.
I have a HP COMPAQ dc5100 sff pc and i am thinking about getting a nvidia 9400 gt (pci not pci express). I have a 240 watt power supply and here are my specs: P4 3.0 ghz 2bgs of ddr2 ram. Will i be able to use it? Nvidia says you need a minimum of 300 watts. Is 240 enough?

It's enough but 9400gt is pretty bad but make sure your 9400gt is low profile
