Need help choosing a Mother Board and CPU to go with it.

My Budget is 350.00
As over the summer I'm going to build a better Gaming Computer.

System:

DELL 530
Intel Duo Core E7300 @ 2.66
Dell Mother Board 0RY007
EVGA - GTX 460 SC 768meg
Crucial - Ballistix 2x2 4GB DDR2 PC2-6400 memory ( 4 Slots 2 Open)
Corsair - 650W

I've been looking at Bundles and they look pretty tempting.

This one I'm very interested in.

Take the first one - P67A-C43 for it's better OC, power consumption, and future-proofing.
You know you'll need new DDR3 RAM too, right?

Thanks fellas,
P67A-C43 Bundle good to go.

Oh yes, DDR3 understood.
Time to sell off the Ballistic.
I'll start searching for DDR3 this afternoon.
Any recommendations Noworldorder?

Here is a value 8Gb kit:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
G.SKILL Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model F3-10600CL9D-8GBNT

Both are low profile should you decide to begin overclocking and want to get a large CPU cooler later on. We'll help when that time comes too. :)
