Board with built in video card

Hello,
i have a problem when i installed new video card in a board with built in video card.. mean while it was nice and smooth working with it.. suddenly in a few hours or minutes blue pixels are shown and filled my screen with it... what do you think should i do or any solution to suggest????

OK . first of all we have to find out that the problem is your VGA or your monitor !!! wait until your screen fill with blue pixels then push print screen on your keyboard and press Ctrl+V on paint software then save the pic , restart your PC and open the picture and if the blue pixs still there upload the pic for us . I dont think it is because of your monitor!!! it is so hard for me to tell you what is your problem but I am doing my best to help you.
