Graphics Upgrade?

I have a Dell Studio Slim, I plan to upgrade the video card soon. I am also getting a new case so I won't have to get a Low Profile Card. I plan to upgrade to this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102859

I currently have a HD 3450 and I don't know if the motherboard is PCI-Express 2.0 x16.

Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad q6600
6gb DDR2 Memory
HD 3450
640gb Hard Drive

The card is backwards compatible with the older PCIe x 16 std. so no issues there. The only worry is that you do not mention a new power supply which will be needed.

For the price of the HD5750 you linked to you could get this HD5770 cheaper after MIR http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121363 for better performance. Either card will go well with the rest of your system.
