I have a Dell Studio Slim, I plan to upgrade the video card soon. I am also getting a new case so I won't have to get a Low Profile Card. I plan to upgrade to this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
I currently have a HD 3450 and I don't know if the motherboard is PCI-Express 2.0 x16.

For the price of the HD5750 you linked to you could get this HD5770 cheaper after MIR http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... for better performance. Either card will go well with the rest of your system.
