Problems with BIOS

Hello,
I have opened my computer to clean (dust), and dismounted the different components.
After replacement of these same old components I get the message" Reboot and select proper Boot device or Boot Media in selected Boot device when i restart the computer.

I have no cd rom's or bios software.
Can I restart the computer with a new Bios upgrade version? Which version, what problems can I expect?

Motherboard: Intel D865GLC - Windows XP Home
Bios version BF86510A.86A.0056.P14

Welcome! The BIOS is already on your computer!
It looks like your computer is not recognizing your HDD. Check that everything is correctly connected.

Hello rolli59,

Probably one of your easiest tips! Had it not checked carefully.HDD Power cable wasn't properly connected! Stupid..me.
