One possible way I have seen its using the IZ3D drivers with side by side output...but with a samsung 3dtv I dont know if the philips one will support this becouse apart from hdmi 1.4 3d format the rest of them are optional to be supported :??:

There is also Nvidia 3d play that is meant for this cases (geforce + any 3dtv) so I assume that in general hdtvs wont be supported by 3dvision. Nevertheless its anounced everywhere since march but there is nothing tangible...not release dates nor real user reviews :(

So seeing the swamp 3d hdtv pc gaming is maybe its wise to wait longer...? :pfff:

I'm on holding pattern on this. I plan to purchase another 70/73 inch HDTV but i prefer 3D capable. End of the year is the earliest i'll get one.

For 3D gaming side the better choice is Nvidia. ATI has no real hardware/software package for it. I'm waiting for nvidia to fix Fermi with all Cores Enable then i'll get one probably.
