HDTV Compatible with 3d gaming

Im thinking about buying the philips 40 pfl 8605 H HDTV (A 40 inch 3d hdtv)

Somebody knows if it would be compatible with 3d gaming in windows?
With its own 3d glasses (in this case which software do i use?)
With Nvidia 3d Vision?

One possible way I have seen its using the IZ3D drivers with side by side output...but with a samsung 3dtv I dont know if the philips one will support this becouse apart from hdmi 1.4 3d format the rest of them are optional to be supported

There is also Nvidia 3d play that is meant for this cases (geforce + any 3dtv) so I assume that in general hdtvs wont be supported by 3dvision. Nevertheless its anounced everywhere since march but there is nothing tangible...not release dates nor real user reviews

So seeing the swamp 3d hdtv pc gaming is maybe its wise to wait longer...?

I'm on holding pattern on this. I plan to purchase another 70/73 inch HDTV but i prefer 3D capable. End of the year is the earliest i'll get one.

For 3D gaming side the better choice is Nvidia. ATI has no real hardware/software package for it. I'm waiting for nvidia to fix Fermi with all Cores Enable then i'll get one probably.
