Dual Crossfire AM3 MOBO & Memory??

I have a decision I can't seem to make. What I want is a motherboard that will support my 1090T and Dual Crossfire at 16x if possible (5970 cards). I've been looking at the ASUS IV Formula, the GIGABYTE UD5, and the MSI 890FXA-GD65. THe second question is in regards to memory. Is it worth it using high speed memory like G Skill 2133 (even if it's going to be scaled down by the board) when it comes to overclocking that ram back up? For example these boards support about 1333 or 1600 for normal speed, but OC up to 2133. So if I had killer ram would it get better results than just regular 1333, or 1600?

All good boards I would though get the ASUS. Faster ram allows for higher fsb overclocks. If you overclock with the multiplier then it is not as important to have super fast memory.
