HDD MAC OSX to WIN 7

Not wanting to spends thousands of dollars I decided to build a Hackintosh, and if I truly enjoyed what Apple had to offer I told myself that I would shell out the cash one day. Well, it's now been a year and I'm ready to go back to Windows. I've encountered a rather large problem though, I have all my data on 2 2TB internal drives and one 60GB SSD and all are MAC OSX Journaled.

How do I go about getting them to work with Windows?

You need a utility or a driver that will enable Windows to mount your Mac file systems.
