My HDD is Dead can i make alive it again

when i connect the power cable to the hard disk drive(SATA) it spins and make pecular noise and it stops after few seconds and silent thereafter and it is not detectable, please give me an advice whether it is repairable and can i retrieve my all data in it.can it workagain, i heard of freezer treatment, what is it will it works.

Based on your description the only way to get the data back is to send it to a professional data recovery center. You can find these by using google. www.drivesavers.com seems to be a very popular one, but I have never used them so can't personally recommend.
