Is my CPU too hot?

Thermal Paste: Arctic MX-3
Motherboard: GB P35-DS3R
Case: Antec Sonata Plus 550
Ambient Temp: 25-27 Celcuis

Airflow: Intake from front, exhaust from back, 2 Antec 90mm 1200 rpm fans in front and 1 Antec 120mm (stock) in the back
CPU fan on auto

Speed Fan results
Idle: 26-29C
Load: 47-62C

Coretemps results
Idle: 35-39C
Load: 57-72C

Load: Prime95 - ran about 10 mins

I recently change the heatsink. I'm not sure if I added enough thermal paste since I only put a grain size amount.
Core temps of #3 and 4 are usually a few degrees higher than core 1 and 2 (under load, there's quite a big difference, around 15C)
Should I reapply the thermal paste? or these temps are normal? should i try installing the heatsink again, ensure its mounted properly?

62°C is fine 72°C is a little high but high 60's is normal for prime. Which program to belief? My suspicion is that in normal use you will not get close to those temps and all will be fine.
