I would suggest the Asus M4N82 Deluxe, it's packed with the usual features and is pretty good for money and has a fairly solid upgrade path.

It supports just about every single recent (2006+) AMD CPU out there (which gives you a very large choice if you decide to upgrade in the future) as well as support for Nvidia's SLI (add more than one of the same Nvidia cards that support SLI into the motherboard and you almost double performance for some games).
Where I live it runs for about $80 (Australian Dollars) but prices vary.
Iv'e also heard good things from friends about the board.
