Memory timing 6-6-6-18CR2

I HAVE 2x2GB DYNET RAM 6400 PC2 DDR2. THE memory timingS ARE 6-6-6-18CR2
CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THESE TIMINGS ARE GOOD OR NOT? AND HOW CAN I GET THE BEST TIMINGS?
BECOZ I HAVE ENABLE THE DUAL CHANNEL MEMORY BUT THE MEMORY WHICH MY PC IS UTILIZING IS ONLY 3.12GB. CAN ANYONE CAN HELP ME, PLEASE...?

It sounds like you are using a windows 32-bit OS. Those OSes can only see and use ~3.5 GB of total memory. Your timings are a little slow for DDR2 (5-5-5-15 are better), but you would likely have to replace the RAM with faster timings, so I would recommend keeping what you have and save your money.

i have installed everest software and it shows that if i change my settings according to u then the speed of my ram will be around 333mhz. and my settings are quite good as per the software since the ram is operating at 400mhz.
