Centos 5 compatible SATA RAID controller

Hello,
I want to install a fileserver with centos 5 with Hw raid 5 controller.Pls suggest the motherboard & hardware RAID5 controller.

Greetings,

Just about any RAID controller that is supported by Redhat Linux will work, since CentOS is based on RHEL.

Regarding motherboards, are you looking for a true server system or one based on a PC motherboard?

The types of components you are looking for are widely supported by RHEL/CentOS so you really just need to decide how much money you want to spend.
