Case Design Question

Quick inquiery:

I am redesigning my case and I was hoping someone could suggest a good tool for cutting into plastic. Specifically the case front. I don't want to crack it if I can help it. There will be a a few bend and curves that I have to deal with.

Fine-toothed coping saw or dremel at slow speed.
