Intel chipset series

So i have a really really cheap notebook and it has a Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family graphics card With 68 Mb of memory and i would like to know two things:
What games are supported?
Can i change it? if yes, to witch one is better?
if no what else i can do to play pc games?

Why don't you go to Intel site and run the driver utility.
It will automatically scan your pc and tell you what's out of date.
