Need help need a new graphics card

HI,

I had a Nvidia 9800 GTX 512 mb Graphics card its dead after hours of loyal service, below is my computer specs any input into a new card that is a decent upgrade on mu old one have around $600 to spent maybe a bit more

I have a duel core E84oo @ 3.0 Ghz
RAM - 4 MB
ASUS - P5QPL-AM Mother Board
Power supply is new- over 5w? I think
have a 1080p full HD monitor
32 bit op system

It basically depends on what you want to spend. $150-160 for an HD5770 or $300ish for an HD5850. The HD5770 is about 30% faster than your 9800GTX while the HD5850 should be 80-90% more powerful and OCs a ton. Both will give you DX11 compatibility, 3 monitor support and more advanced audio/video playback features that your old card lacked. They also both use less power than your old card so your PSU should be fine

1. How much do you want to spend?
2. What is your PSU? brand? model? Open the case and see it for yourself...

Just to make sure...
But your previous card was 9800 GTX, so HD5770 will run on your PSU.
