Best Cheap AMD3 Motherboard

Firstly I want to say, I have looked on the forums for other threads and found a few but got really confused and everything is in dollars...

Anywho, Hi all, I would love some advice

I'm looking to get a new motherboard (if you haven't guessed by the thread title)

My current set-up is as follows:

CPU: AMD3 Phemon II X4 955 3.2ghz
PSU: OCZ 700W modular
GPU: nVidia 470GTX SC
RAM: Corsair XMS3 DDR3 4GB 1333mhz
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H
Case: Cooler Master Storm Sniper

I'm a gamer but not into overclocking, so it just needs the essentials nothing to fancy. My budget is £90 or less, I don't want to go Gigabyte again since 2 boards have gone ka-boom! So I'm thinking of going ASUS or alike, since my friends ASUS hasn't died in many, many years, but if there's better for cheaper, I'm all ears, eyes, hands and feet

And the sites I'm looking through are Overclockers.co.uk, Ebuyer.com, Scan.co.uk and Amazon.co.uk

Any help and suggestions would be appreciated

I haven't heard of Asrock before.... are they a good reputable company?

Yes they have been around for years as a good budget brand and have lately been establishing themselves on the enthusiast market with feature rich boards at a good price and are now with a market share in the 3rd or 4th place over all for the retail market.
