Hi can anyone tell me what the best graphics card is best for my pc

You need to tell us what you actually want the card to be able to do. If your goal is playing current games that is not going to happen on that system.

wow, i'm a little bit confuse when seeing your specs... :) 

Well, you has AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 2800+, 1 GB of RAM, FX 5200 AGP card, and 750W PSU, am i right?
The Best AGP card would probably HD4670 AGP version.

But your specs are too old to play any games recently, don't waste your money on upgrading. You better save money and buy a whole new system... :)

Yep. You should sell your mobo, cpu, ram and video card and buy a new mobo, CPU, RAM and video card. Or get a mobo with onboard video:
