If you are talking about the dimension 2400 then it comes in a mini tower that only accepts micro ATX boards and the board you specified is a ATX size and will not fit.

Dell rarely uses standard ATX format mothboards. IT is almost impossible to swap out their mb for a generic one. Slots are misaligned, fan room is limited, etc. Im not saying never, just many of their products are built specifically for them.
