GTX 470 might not be powered sufficiently by OCZ 600w?

I read that the GTX 470 requires 38A on the +12v rail, but my PSU only has 25A on the +12v and 25 on the -12v, I think...

Can someone confirm if that's enough for the GTX 470? The exact model of the PSU is OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w.

Also, if my 12v is rated as 12.368v in the BIOS, can that damage my card? The tech support told me that the function range of the card is only 11.9v to 12.2v. Is this true?

Anyways, I went out and bought a Corsair TX750w, but it's still artifacting when I'm booting up so I returned it.

I'm in the RMA process at the moment, and I'm worried my OCZ 600w PSU might damage my new card if I put it in.

Do you guys think the PSU damaged the card?

Returning the OCZ would be a big hassle since I got it in a combo deal with the GTX 470 (~$360 after instant savings + mail-in rebate). Looks like I'll just use the OCZ for now, thanks for the replies guys.

If the rest of your system is using 350w or less, you'll be fine I reckon. Disregard the tosh about 850w PSU's and such.

I would think so, the rest of my system is pretty basic.

PII X4 965, 4gb G.Skill Ripjaw @ 9-9-9-24 1333mhz, 1 optical drive, 1 1TB 7200RPM Samsung Spinpoint, and 3 120mm case fans.

Nothing is overclocked at the moment, and I don't plan for now.
