Are these parts compatible?

Mobo: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...
GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

CPU: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...
AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition Callisto 3.1GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 80W Dual-Core Desktop Processor HDZ550WFK2DGI - OEM

RAM: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1682...
Kingston 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model KVR667D2N5K2/4G

I want to double check. Mobo is AM3 and the cpu is AM3 as well. I think it should fit. This should fit in an Antec 300 right?

Thanks!

Yes they are but better get the new DDR3 stuff:

MSI 770-G45 AM3
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...
AMD Athlon II X3 440
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681...
A-DATA 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1682...

$257.97

If you need onboard video you can get this mobo for instance (there are some cheaper ones):

MSI 785G-E53 AM3 AMD 785G HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard
