Finished my new build last night, PC wouldn't post. Tried everything, ended up narrowing it down to a Ram problem I think.

If I have anything in DIMM A1 or A2 it will not post, but if I put one stick in either DIMM B1 or B2 it will post. Very confused, hoping its not the MOBO but a BIOS setting or somthing. I have tried messing with timings/voltages to no avail.

That is precisely how a bad motherboard behaves, or when there is an extra standoff shorting out the back of the board.

Running with 1 stick, it should post with it in A2.

You have to use bank A to run dual-channel. You should be able to have a stick in A2 and B2 per the manual's recommended configuration.

If it won't post this way, I agree the motherboard is messed up. Hold the manufacturer or vendor accountable. Get the RMA process started.
