Cpu fan stop working

Hello,
When i turn the computer on cpu lights turned on then cpu fan starts to spin but after few seconds fan stops spinning slowly and the cpu didnt boot up...What could be the problem? Help me please...thank u in advance..

PS: CPU is already 4yrs old.

What are your full system specs? Include the make and model of the PSU.

Have you made any hardware or software changes recently? Check all the cables in it and make sure everything is well seated.
