No, the 7300GT is super weak. if you want a cheap GPU upgrade consider the 4650, it will be significantly more powerful.

Yes the 7300GT is better than the chipset, but it will still be a pretty poor performer, but if its free go for it nothing wrong with a free performance boost.


You can see how things fit relative to each other by taking a look at the graphics hierarchy chart, the G33/G31 chipset uses the GMA 3100
