Why can't install Windows 7 64-bit onto SSD Storage.

You can...
Give the make and model of your SSD.

Silicom Power SATA II SSD T10 256 GB

Connect this SSD to the Blue SATA Port on the Mobo and not the White one.
Also make sure that you start from scratch when installing the OS. I mean by removing all existing partitions on the SSD if any and then continuing.
Also make sure that the Boot order is first the OS medium of Installation, meaning the DVD drive or the USB drive. and then the SSD.
