Dh67vr howto add more sata ports

I want to add 1 graphic card and 1 hdd extra on my pc as there is no option for this as I already have 1 hdd , 1 graphic card and 1 video capture card on the pci slot. Please help me to add more on this mother board.

Insufficient information. Please list all your pc specs, especially mobo and psu make and model. We might then be able to give you a better idea of how to solve this.
