Okay for my new gaming build I'm going with a P67 board and I narrowed it down to two:
MSI P67A-GD53 B3 and GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD4-B3

Now both these boards have everything I need, but neither one has user reviews so I'd just like to know if one had a significant advantage over the other or if one had any particular problems like I've read on some articles (from various sites), as far as not working right out of the box.

So any info would be greatly appreciated
thanks!

I just like to add one comment. In addition to lack of reviews, please keep in mind that this is a new socket. When the reviews start coming out, read some from other manufacturers too, in order to get a broad spectrum of results.

Both boards that you linked look impressive! It appears that the Gigabyte board has more room between the CPU socket and the RAM slots; not sure on this.

Between the two, I pick Gigabyte.
