It's fairly hard to say if it's a good deal. It's all very old tech, but you wouldn't be able to build something for less with the monitor. I'd recommend at least trying. Here's some parts to get started:

CPU/GPU: X3 440 and HD 5770 $218 after rebate
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-770TA-UD3 $80 after rebate
RAM: Crucial 2x1 GB 1333 mhz CAS Latency 9 $51
Case/HDD: HEC 6T Series 6T10BB and Seagate 7200.12 500 GB $70
Optical/PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 500W and cheap SATA DVD burner $39 after rebate
Monitor: Asus 23" 1080p $150 after rebate and promo code

The components I listed were actually from an already put together PC. I'll have a look at the stuff you have listed for me and see what I can do :) .
