USB 3.0 connectivity thru add on card???

I recently added an external e-sata connection thru an add on card at my pci-e 1x slot. Does any manufacturer make an add on card for a USB 3.0 connection thru the same pci-e 1x slot??
I'm just an "old man" trying to learn computers, so I come to you "the experts" for a little help.

As of now, there are a lot of add on cards. Gigabyte, Asus, and EVGA are ones to look at, while Rosewill, SIIG, and Highpoint I think also have add-on cards. Most cards go for $20-$30.
