What card to go for?

hello sorry to be a pain but i am geting a lot of mixed views on what to get. i was going to get 2 5770 xfxs(crossfire) but i am geting some people telling me to get 5870 xfx. please help!!!!

i will be using the card/cards for testdrive unlimeted 2 and f1 2010

well the 5870 is the more powerful option and the more expensive option, which is best for you depends on what performance you want and the price you are n willing to pay for it.

what monitor do you have?

i cant find the name but it is a hd dell i got it about 2years/1year ago

Actually an 5850 would be great, OC it a little and it should max out most games in 1080p. You can put in another one when you want to upgrade.

i was going to get a xfx one.(ebuyer)

at the back it say 50-60 mhz

Its an average 22' 1080P monitor.

The Storm scout will fit even a 5870 just fine. Fitting the 5850 should be a breeze.
For OCing, an moderate OC (850/1100) should be as easy as going into Afterburner/Rivatuner/CCC and dragging 2 sliders.
Oh, look for an ASUS DirectCU, pretty nice card.

the 5770CFX should use ~40W more on full load than a stock 5850.

so my pc set up and psu will run this fine?

Yep, you should even be fine with a 5850 Crossfire.
