I searched for HD 5670 in amazon and Google but i found many result for it such as: Vertex3D/ATI Radeon HD 5670 512MB or SAPPHIRE TECHNOLOGY Radeon HD 5670 HM - 1 GB GDDR5 and many other with HD 5670 in their description.
I don't know which one is better or if they are the same thing.

what if i change my PSU to 400 watt? can i get a better GPU?

Hang on I smell something fishy here Gigabyte by MSI that does simply not happen. A HD5770 does not come in low profile as seen and MSI does not produce cards for their competition at Gigabyte.
