D6 error Fatal1ty P67 motherboard

Hello,
New build with 4Gb Gskills memory and Radeon HD 5770 1Gb Graphics card. Gets to d6 error code and gives 5 beeps Black screen Any ideas please?

I'm having the same problem and of course there are no responses to this thread. What a waste of time..
