$550 To Finish New Build

Hey I'm probably going to order the last of my parts in the next few days and just wanted to get some final opinions on the build before I order. Any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Within the next week

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: (case, GPU, keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, optical drive)

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: No preference, I also live near a Microcenter if that helps.

PARTS PREFERENCES: N/A

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Yes (in the future, but not now)

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1200

Since I have the Case (Lian Li Lancool PC K-62) and GPU (5870) already, I need the following parts still:

MOBO
CPU
RAM
PSU
HD

Here's what I have so far:

CPU and MOBO are combo'd for a $30 combo discount
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz

PSU and RAM are combo'd for a $25 combo discount and $20 MIR
CORSAIR CMPSU-850TX 850W ATX12V 2.2
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

HD
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500GB 7200 RPM

Win7 Ultimate from school for $35

* Tom's did a review of the 890FX boards, including the Biostar board in my current build if anyone is unfamiliar with it.
