More about build specifically 1200
  1. Your price point is a bit low when considering you need:

    A monitor
    Mouse/Kb (razer specific?)
    an OS.

Also since your anticipated resolution is 1920x1200 you will need something in the range of a 5850.

It's definately doable though. I'll throw down on it.
  2. CPU: AMD 955 BE 149.99 with $10 promo gift card
    Mobo: ASUS Motherboard 119.99
    HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB 54.99
    Graphics Card: Gigabyte 5850 309.99
    RAM: G.SKILL DDR3-1600 4GB CAS 7 104.99
    Case: Antec 900 Two 119.99
PSU: OCZ ModXstream Modular PSU 700W 84.99 (59.99 after MIR)
    OS: Windows 7 64 bit OEM 99.99
    Monitor: 23.6" Acer 1920x1080 Monitor 179.99 (couldn't fit a 1920x1200 in your budget)

All that before MIR comes to 1225. After MIR it's 1200 even. This is excluding your Razer mouse/keboard stuff.
  3. I didn't have time to bump any combo deals so you might be able to tweak it for a 50-100 dollar discount.
  4. $885AR tower

    $100 OS
    $165AR 23" Asus LCD
