Boot up problem

Hello,
My pc stays on for 10minutes and shuts down.

The problem is, it says that I should set the motherboard into a "jumpfree mode" so I could be able to set the CPU Frequency Multiple into much lower speed. How could I set the mother board into "jumpfree mode"?

What is your motherboard? Any settings about that are in the BIOS.
