Poweron issue

Hello,my board doesn't power-on on first power-on button press

Also to add that this is HIS 845GV with 1.7GHZ/256(400) device.

The power button may have gone bad, or possibly the Power Supply Unit.
To test this, pull the 2-pin connector for the power button from the motherboard and quickly jump the MB pins with a metal object. If the comp starts, replace the power button. If it doesn't start, the most probable cause is a bad PSU - especially if there is no power to any other part of the system.
