AutoCad 2D - GPU Dependance

PLEASE help me in suggesting a cheap PC for running Autocad 2010. Its just for 2D and the budget is extremely tight. My question is what is more important - CPU or GPU ?
Would Core i3 530 with a 100$-120$ Videocard be better or a Core i5 750 with Geforce310. If its core i3 also suggest the best Videocard in this range.

  1. You can get a fairly cheap used 4850 or a gts250 if you are only doing any CAD work casually but for when it comes to professional uses then your budget doesn't make things easy.

That is as cheap as it gets for retail while Nvidia is just to expensive for your budget except for the second hand market.
