I just bought a GeForce 9800 gt to replace my old card and am having some "ghost imaging" on my screen. The same thing happened the last time I got my previous card so I rolled back my drivers and it fixed the problem. For some reason, this time it won't work. I've rolled back the 5 previous drivers and the problem remains. Any ideas? Here are some screen shots so you know what it looks like.

Have you looked to see if "Clear Type" is enabled?

I don't see how that can make small boxes appear on my screen. From what I understand, Clear Type is enabled.

Sorry about that, I had not let the images load when I posted. Those "boxes" look like the artefacts you would get if the VRAM is on it's way out but it could be that your 350w PSU is starting to fail.

It's impossible that my vram would be failing, I just bought the card and the same thing happened to my last card. My PSU is another story. I don't even know how old it is.

Well then, get a decent PSU and see if the problem goes away. ;)
