Hey guys,

I'm doing a big upgrade to my system fairly soon and I know for a fact I'm getting the 2600k Sandy Bridge as my CPU. My problem is that I'm really not sure which mobo out there best suits it. I had two main ones in mind but I'm always open to suggestions. The two being:

and

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131700

I'm sort of leaning towards the first one since the Maximus IV seems to have a lot of bells and whistles I wouldn't use. What do you guys think?

Get The WS Revolution..it has the same NF200 chip as the M4E at 100 less the cost..the m4e is a waste of money if you ask me..put more money towards the video card..the WS revolution will run your games with the 16x bandwidth...otherwise, the P8P67 Deluxe is the sweet spot...I mean, check this out http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131701&Tpk=p8p67%20deluxe

Perfect price..features...and comes with a decent amount of accessories..check out the reviews..

As for the 2600k...I still think it's a waste of money...pocket the 100 you save..get a 2500k which is the 2600k minus the hyperthreading..and oc it to 4.5+ and enjoy blazing speeds in games/media/encoding..etc...

Do the right thing! I've played with the M4E and the WS Rev. And the Deluxe..and know what, even the P8p67 vanilla board and got over 4.5Ghz on all of them..and the P8P67 is only $150...save some cash man..on the 1155 platform all boards do a great job..no need to waste money..Especially if your gonna get a gtx 590..save cash by getting a cheaper board...they all work the same...M4E was useless when I had it..its all marketing and hype..be a smart consumer and save money on some parts
