I'm looking to install a fan controller and some new 120mm leds.

My issue is I believe the fan controller (aerocool touch 1000) has a max channel voltage of 6w and it looks like these fans have a starting voltage @ 7w.

Does this mean my fan controller can power the fans but they will not function at max RPM? I don't think its going to be a big deal if my fans will be underpowered because my case does not get very hot as is, and i do not do SLI or have multiple HDDs. Doing these mainly for aesthetics

The fan specs say it runs at max speed on 12 VDC, but requuires a minimum starting voltage of 7 VDC. That is VOLTS.

The fan controller says it supplies 12 VDC max (normal) and can supply up to 6W per fan. That is WATTS, not Volts. This implies it can supply up to 0.5 amps per fan. Unfortunately, the fan does not specify its typical full-speed amps.
