Can my MOBO with 2GD DDR2 RAM and C2D E4500 2.2GHz support an ATI Video card with DDR5 RAM ?

As long as it as has a PCI-Express x 16 (or 2.0x8) slot, you will be just fine. GpuRAM is independent from the motherboard's RAM.
