Hello,
i have a dell printer that i havent used since puchashing my new dell computer and now i cant hook it up or get it to work cant someone help me that knows somthing about computers the model number is A920 for the printer and the desk top is a inspiron 530

Have you downloaded and installed these drivers? Plug in a USB cable from the printer to your computer, plug in the power adapter. Allow windows to recognize the device and then install the drivers below. If you are still having trouble let us know
