THere is a company called biostar; i see it more and more often and wanted to know if it was a decent brand or not; i used to think it was a money saving type but now not so sure

Biostar is well known and reputable.
They have a wide range of products - especially well known in the motherboard arena.
Because they do make a wide range of models I think you could classify some as very good and some average. And they've made a few 'dogs' over the years too.

You'd want to check for current independent reviews. Or maybe some customer reviews to help you find the good parts. And you can always ask for opinions around here.
